Arena property Services was founded in 1994 and this year we are celebrating 25 years of continued service.
We at Arena provide a wide variety of Geomatics Surveying, 3D laser scanning, Aerial Surveys & Inspections, BIM Modelling, GPS services and drafting from point cloud data, we specialise in 3D laser scanning covering Measured Building and Topographical Surveys, producing a product the accuracy of which conforms to RICS guidelines. This is achieved by using the latest 3D Laser scanners and tablets, linked remotely for real-time point cloud visualisation and processing.
The product is designed to be compatible with most Architectural software packages such as AutoCAD and Revit for producing (BIM) building information models from the registered point cloud data.
The data will be captured by using 3D laser scanners, enabling the project to be one complete point cloud file. Should further information be required, then the data can be extracted from the point cloud file, thus a costly return visit will not be necessary.
The survey data is issued in electronic format, providing clients with a master copy to ensure data integrity. Amendments to data can easily be made and drawings re-issued.
Arena’s quality assurance procedures are personally overseen by the Director, and are continually reviewed on a regular basis.
